Pickup Policy

You are required to collect the item within 1 to 7 business days and settle the full payment prior to pickup. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the product being returned to auction, and your account may be subject to closure. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

Please note that each vendor may have different payment methods following the conclusion of an auction. It is your responsibility to contact the vendor directly to confirm payment procedures. You may arrange for cash payment upon pickup if permitted by the vendor.

Legal Recommendation for New Buyers:
For first-time buyers, it is strongly recommended to facilitate cash payments during the first and second auctions. This approach allows you to establish familiarity with the vendor and verify the location in person. Once this relationship is established, alternative payment methods may be considered. However, caution and due diligence are essential to avoid potential scams. Always remain vigilant to minimize the risk of fraudulent transactions.

Refund Policy

Upon winning an auction and completing payment, ownership of the product is transferred to you, and no refunds will be provided. It is advisable to contact the vendor before making your purchase to address any questions or concerns.

If the product is found to differ from the vendor’s representations, you are entitled to a full refund from the vendor. However, Unicase disclaims liability for disputes arising from these transactions.

Unicase offers support to the best of its abilities and will assist you in disputes if the vendor’s conduct is deemed dishonest. Please note that vendors may modify their Shipping and Refund Policies at their discretion. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to review these policies thoroughly before making a purchase.
