Pickup Policy
You are required to collect the item within 1-3 business days and settle the full payment prior to pickup. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the product being returned to auction, and your account may be subject to closure. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
Be aware that all vendors will have different methods of payment after winning the auction. Please call the vendor about how to process payment; you can invent arent for cash payment on pickup.
Legal Recommendation for New Buyers:
It is strongly advised that, as a new buyer, attempts be made to facilitate cash payments during the first and second auctions. Subsequently, upon becoming familiar with the vendor and personally confirming the location, alternative payment methods may be considered and arranged. However, it is imperative to exercise caution and vigilance to safeguard against potential scams. Always be diligent and cautious in your transactions to mitigate the risk of fraudulent activities.

In the event that the product does not align with the vendor’s representations, you reserve the right to a full refund from the vendor. However, Unicase disclaims any responsibility for disputes that may arise.
Unicase extends support to the best of its abilities, and in the event of a dispute with the vendor, we stand by your side if the vendor’s conduct is found to be dishonest.
