All transactions, excluding publicity space purchases, are solely between the buyer and the respective vendor. If any fraudulent scheme occurs and the buyer has not verified the vendor, Unicase cannot be held responsible for any resulting mistakes. - Ownership and Refund Policy:
Upon successfully winning the auction and completing the payment, ownership of the product is legally transferred to the winning bidder. It is essential to note that no refunds are provided once the transaction is finalized. Prior to purchasing the product, prospective buyers are strongly advised to proactively contact the vendor to seek clarification and address any queries regarding the product. - Product Representation and “As Is” Disclaimer:

To prevent potential scams, buyers are strongly encouraged to verify the authenticity of the vendor before making a purchase. This includes contacting the vendor directly, conducting a Google search for their business, and verifying their address. On our platform, various types of verification are requested from vendors. Buyers can check the vendor’s verification status by going to the store list, clicking on the logo, and finding the verification types such as Postal Address and Phone. Additionally, under the vendor’s name, the address, phone number, and email are displayed. Buyers are urged to call the vendor if any doubts arise before engaging in a purchase or auction.
By participating in the auction and completing a purchase, buyers agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and Unicase assumes no liability beyond the outlined provisions.
